How do I register an antenna?
You need to fill out our SNG Registration Form and send it to us. If your SNG is already certified by another satellite provider, e.g. Eutelsat, please also send a copy of this certification. This will shorten registration time significantly.
How do I book a space segment for occasional use?
Fill out the booking form and select the transmission period and the required bandwidth. If the required slot is available, the remaining booking details will be provided to you.
Finally, you will receive an e-mail with all the necessary data, such as the frequencies.
In addition, our booking team is available at any time by phone or email if you have ro change requests or you need an extension of your booking. Your personal contact representative will be happy to help you.
How do I get my invoice?
Invoices are issued following the OU period via email, including a detailed listing of all bookings.
